1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Make it Soon (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Make it Soon is a mobile application that helps you track goals, set deadlines, break goals into requirements, and view countdown widgets on your home screen. The app is free to use for core features. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks home screen widgets.

3. Purchases and Payments

Make it Soon offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock home screen widgets. The main app (goals, deadlines, history) is free.

• Billing: Purchases are managed and billed by the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• One-Time Purchase: The widget unlock is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. Once purchased, you have access to widgets permanently.
• Restore: You can restore your purchase on a new device or after reinstalling the app via the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. User Content

You create and own your goals and related content. This data is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your goals or require a license to display them in the app or widgets.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to develop a competing service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Make it Soon and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE IT SOON AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
